He's a somewhat toolsy guy but much of his production last year was juiced by an insane on ice s% and really easy deployment. I think the pro scouting staff believes they can get more out of him in this system and maybe they can. Either way its short money on short years and he's proven that if you have to shelter him, he will reward you with some offense.
