Both teams played not-chuck-it-up offense with under a minute to go. Impressive both ways.

I am more of an NBA fan than a college fan…every year I watch the tournament I am stunned at how awful the execution is at the end of games

It's not just end of games. It's everything. It's such a far inferior product it's not even funny. And this is coming from someone who watched college hoops religiously up until ~5 years ago. Now I can barely stand to watch it.

I agree but it’s just so glaring at the end of games.
I don’t know if you watched this Nevada game but those last 2 possessions were middle school level

Ah well, there goes my perfect bracket.

Those last 2 Nevada possessions were absolutely awful. My god
I think they got one good shot the last 7 minutes of the game.

I guess Nick Davidson had a good year and a good game but that attempted crossover and that last 3….yuck

This is illegal to say under the Dookie fan bylaws

I did not see it but I don't have to imagine very hard what it looked like
They had a possession out of a timeout down by 1. They get the ball to the big man at the nail…who then pivots multiple times but can’t get rid of the ball…so naturally he then faces up and attempts a crossover and boots it away for a turnover

Moving the Line
CSU is now the 10th team in NCAA Tournament history to score 11 points or fewer in the first half. Last: 2008* Kent State.

*That year had an 11-point half too, Winthrop's second 20 against Wazzu, first round.

They need to get rid of the first four but they’re moving in the opposite direction unfortunately
