Anyone else watching the Skills competition? I hope they do that accuracy thing from the rafters again. So far they’ve done fastest skater, snap shots for accuracy, and passing skills.

It was good this year to see the skill competition actually have something to do with hockey skills not like the carnival like events of last year. Final standings:

They had their own 3 on 3 competition on Thursday night. A couple of them( Blayre Turnbull and Sarah Nurse) took part in helping with the skill competition last night taking the role of passers in the one timer competition.

Pasternak ices the game for McDavid's team going 5 hole on Swayman. Good comeback by this group as they were 2 goals down with less than a minute to go.
Ah, gotcha. Must have misheard him in the post game interview. Sounded like he was telling her when he was in the shake line with Sway he asked if he was surprised he went high glove vs high blocker. Certainly easy to mix them up with the sound quality and accent.
The joke here is ( even though I am a Leaf fan) is that this Leaf dominated group is having their parade on Tuesday.
Overall though this All Star Celebration was much better than the past few ones.
