I'm trying to install Office 365 via my companies automated packages. I'm getting this error "Action Only Valid for products that are currently installed" upon install and while I've got a ticket open with the help desk I think chances are trying to deal with this myself will get it resolved before they do.
Has anyone got this before? I've googled this a bit but cant seem to find a solution for myself. I removed a 2010 version of office, thinking that might be the problem, and the only one I have on my system is 2007 but I still get the error.
