To some Pats fans, the Seahawks have been great lately and we're mad at Pete cuz he sucked for us, so now the Seahawks fans are a bunch of bandwagoners. Oh and Denver was terrible and Elway bought their success with a check to that Papa John's Giant Forehead in Mom Jeans. What a bunch of bandwagoners. They're not real fans like us. Hurr hurr.

Maurice (Bruce) Hurst and Grogan? I think they only played together on two teams, '89 and that memorable '90 team. What a time to be a fan! Nana was a diehard.
Edit: Born in 1974. Been a fan since 1985, really started following the team in 1987. Saw my first game that year too, Pats being Indy 24-0.
I was also at the 9/1/1989 pre-season game. Yeah that one. Had high hopes going into that season too.

Let's get one thing straight. I do not feel better. The Patriots winning another SB is neither here nor there for me. Pats 3-4 in the big game during my life. the Jets are 0-0. The difference between 3-4 and 4-4 is.....minimal. I mean it is nice that 15 year olds only know the Pats as big game chokers but that doesn't mean much when the Jets can't even get in the big game.

- Were not big Pats fans but rode on the coattails of Pats' success
- Were Pats fans but switched allegiances as they cave in to... well, whatever that makes fans allegiances switch

Seems to me that the first team televised regularly into New England was the Cleveland Browns (and then the Giants). Browns because they were champions or near champions every year for a while. So, I was a Browns fan before the Patriots came public, never Giants.
