I took this 1 month ago in the midst of a super tight pennant race.  Others have said it's typically better.  I want to be on the KC bandwagon, but I just can't shake the feeling of being utterly unimpressed by the fans when I was there.
Maybe this picture was taken minutes after an announcement was made that someone left their covered wagon lights on.

Nice of the Royals to take out the Angels and the assclown Orioles; now get the fuck out of the way and let the Giants have another title.

GO GIANTS! (already up 3 zip; and PLEASE, do not sign big game James to a contract Ben).................

Well, the good news for a close game is that Bumgartner doesn't look all that sharp so far.  Could be one of those things though where you need to jump on him early and not let him get settled in.

The marketing teams are working this young lady Mo'ne.  Got her glammed up a bit.

Is the guy in the orange shirt behind home plate Marlins Fan Guy?

Edit: Yes it is!

The sideways visor is a bad look for that toolbox.

And if he starts doing that armroll thing that old bag Mets fan did in the 1986 World Series, I'm going to Logan, buying a plane ticket, flying out to KC, breezing into the stadium past Barney Fife and stabbing that ballbag in the head with a pencil

Marlins Fan Guy was also at the 2012 World Series (at least, I presume it was the same guy)

Words are incapable of describing how much I love David Ortiz.

I told my wife the other day that we need to build an addition on to our house.  I don't know David Ortiz.  And I think it's very very very unlikely that he will ever come to visit us.

But if he does, I want him to be comfortable.

In his last start, Bumgarner had trouble early and got better as the game went on.

Having said that, he's not looking sharp thus far.

Man, I watched one episode of Gotham and the commercials look really, really bad.
