A little disappointed Matt Barnes isn't getting one of these starts.  Ranaudo's early peripherals are lousy and his stuff doesn't inspire confidence he'll get much better.  I'm a little more okay with Workman getting another start, but really I'd like to see what Barnes can do over a full start against major league hitters.

Getting to 70 is certainly no given with some of the lineups they've been running out there lately.

Red Sox run scoring by month:

April 4.15
May 4.22
June 3.00
July 4.04
August 3.96
September 4.07

The lineups they've been running out there lately don't look like a run scoring outlier to me.

Yeah, they've been pretty bad all year, but now Pedroia is gone, they're running Craig out there more often, JBJ is back up and playing, Middlebrooks is getting starts, Jemile Weeks has seen a bunch of playtime time... It hasn't been pretty all season and it's not going to get any prettier in the last couple weeks.  My guess is that they end up with the #6 pick again.

Craig in RF?  I guess they want to test Rusney's legs right off the bat.
