I'll be in Seattle for a conference, staying in what looks like the downtown / business district at the Hyatt @ Olive 8.  Anyone have suggestions as for where to watch the game?  I'd prefer to be able to walk there, and also not to have to get there 4 hours in advance in order to get a seat.  In other words, I'm not looking for the Cask 'n Flagon equivalent, but rather just a solid place to watch the game.

Great location! That is downtown. You're near 2 sports bars with plenty of tv's and there's also Pike Place Brewing Co. in the market, which is only a few blocks away.

A digression, but try to get a meal at Wild Ginger. Very unusual Pan-Asian food. The Malay Satay Hut near the International District is a real treat, if your taste runs that way.. Etta's near the Market for seafood.

Bon appetit.

Somewhere
You are downtown, but on the periphery, which means that you're not super-close to anything or really far from anything.

You can stay downtown as pointed above, and walk to the market, or possibly Belltown (north of the market).
You can hike up to Capitol Hill, where there's a bowling alley/billiard bar (the Garage) that by virtue of its size alone, should have space. Alternatively, there are many, many, other bars in that neighborhood, too many to list here. Compared to the market, the hill is the same distance as the crow flies, but it's a climb.
You could walk or take the streetcar to South Lake Union and try out the Brave Horse Tavern, which is pretty great. But that might be one of the more crowded establishments around.

The fact that you are far from Pioneer Square (where the stadiums are) probably works in your favor.
