7 of those points were on a defensive TD, and 7 more were on an apparently bad call.
Your final conclusion is correct, but the argument against Auburn is more about a sloppy team that would potentially be the best team in the country if they ever put together a solid 4 quarters of football together in the same game, but has never done so. There's always a period like the first quarter tonight in Auburn games against legit opponents this season.
Sparty isn't up to the task tonight. Michigan was our real chance. Not every magical season gets to end with a title, and that's ok.
I'm only capable of thinking that because of the 2013 Red Sox and 2010 Auburn teams, for which I am thankful.

As long as I'm attention whoring, my "worst to first" year congealed into a single moment, when an Auburn fan who looked oddly like MIke Napoli started amping up as I'd imagine Napoli does when he parties on the town while the Auburn band played Sweet Caroline.
