7 of those points were on a defensive TD, and 7 more were on an apparently bad call.

Your final conclusion is correct, but the argument against Auburn is more about a sloppy team that would potentially be the best team in the country if they ever put together a solid 4 quarters of football together in the same game, but has never done so. There's always a period like the first quarter tonight in Auburn games against legit opponents this season.

Sparty isn't up to the task tonight. Michigan was our real chance. Not every magical season gets to end with a title, and that's ok.

I'm only capable of thinking that because of the 2013 Red Sox and 2010 Auburn teams, for which I am thankful.

So people will just ignore that Auburn has given up 42(and counting) points?

It doesn't work when you say it explicitly!

I honestly just don't expect them to win. THe horseshoe living inside my ass is not actually infinitely powerful.

3rd and 9 and you bite on the fake?

nice.

Don't think they bit on the fake as much as they bit on the roll.  They rolled Cook to the right side of the formation and swung the TE around backside.  Secondary lost track of Price.

It probably isn't that comfortable, too.

I decided it was worth the discomfort after the Pats-Broncos game. Iron Bowl locked up that assessment.

Where the hell was it during the Georgia game then?
It was there, but I wasn't sure that the discomfort was worth it yet then. I became sure later.

As long as I'm attention whoring, my "worst to first" year congealed into a single moment, when an Auburn fan who looked oddly like MIke Napoli started amping up as I'd imagine Napoli does when he parties on the town while the Auburn band played Sweet Caroline. It was a slightly disorienting moment. He ended the night by yelling "Worst to first, baby!" as he left.

Apologies for the untimely "LOOK AT ME" post, but the Sox crossover was striking to me at the time.

If you are going to have a fucking defensive lineman as your personal protector on the punt, he better be able to fucking block, and not get fucking trucked.

He was double the size of the OSU guy. Mich St. got lucky with that bounce, tho. It was 15 extra yards.
