Is Hurts losing his mind. They have timeouts, They need a fg. He throws a prayer into double coverage. Wtf, man?

I do believe that all but insures that the Niners get the #1 seed going into the playoffs. They can lose to Balt and still get it. Don't see them losing to AZ or the Rams
Now at # 1 on record plus tie-breakers over Detroit/Philly/Dallas. next week’s game should be a doozy though.

One of the benefits of all these backups playing are some seriously heartfelt postgame interviews. Lock has me getting teary-eyed.

Wow, I thought the Eagles were going to score 40 against that lousy Seahawks defense. Good for Lock but he was very lucky not to have thrown an interception on that last drive. It’s amazing what a true number one receiver can do for an offense.

That and I have no idea why Hurts was just slinging it like that. He had the TOs and has the kicker that can easily tie the game from 60 yards (well it was raining so maybe less) and a good running game. That last throw in tight coverage was stupid. At least his other INT was well thrown to the end zone but well played by the CB.

To be fair, Air Bud would be QB1 on the NE Patriots.
I never saw the movie, but wasn't that dog a receiver? I know the mule was a kicker...

I understand the desire to get it all in one chunk, but whenever a team has the time/time outs in these situations, I think the patient approach pays off better than the aggressive one. As you wrote, Elliott can make a FG from 60 yards in. That shouldn't be the goal, but they also don't need to set him up on the 20 yard line to give him a reasonable shot to tie the game.

I thought he was a basketball player. Which is why I used Air Bud to make my point. But I will confess I never saw the movie, so maybe he was a WR. I bet he ran great routes.

He was both in different movies, as well as a baseball, soccer, and volleyball player. Surprised he didn’t get any support in the Bo or Deion thread
