Tldr; they suck

Little longer...
They suck, and are not even close to being built for the long haul.
The lack of an offensive line is just depressing.
I get it... If you like Gonzalez, don't bitch about no offensive tackle.
I think they picked correctly.
I was a huge defender of the strange pick. Tonite certainly makes me question myself there.
I'll never figure out the juju> Myers thing...

They got no... Je ne sais quois...
No idea if I spelled it right, or used it appropriately...but god damn...they got no heart...no soul... and they're not finding either anytime soon.

I'll still watch and cheer, but I know down deep they don't have it.
Too bad.
Go pats! ❤

Judon is right, this is not a bad team. They'll kill the Jets 24-6 or something next Sunday, they'll beat the Colts, they'll beat the Commanders, the Giants and the Broncos, if some of the contenders lose their starting QB they'll beat them too. They just aren't a good team, because they can't hang with good teams. They have 3 wins since 2021 against playoff teams: the one against the Titans where half their roster was injured, the Bills game in a snowstorm and the Bridgewater/Skylar Thompson game against the Dolphins. Until they prove they can win one of those games they'll remain stuck on not being a bad team. And I don't know what that gets you in the NFL.

Just wanted to point out that I'm watching a replay of the game right now and this is 100% wrong, there were a bunch of 1st down lines that were between hashmarks
Looking at the highlights I see some too. The line of scrimmage official is a rookie working his second ever game, I wonder if he's taking the "official NFL policy" to heart to stay off the radar. I know the vets do it, because they tell us in the NCAA ranks to do it.

You would know more certainly than me. But if you asked me yesterday before the game started, I would’ve guessed it’s spotted at a hash or in the middle between two hashes as a general policy as it “feels” like I can picture the TV yellow imaginary line either on the hashes or in the middle of the hash marks.

I'm still encouraged by some things about this team, but I would like to see it start turning into wins. Mac looked good, other than that INT. I was pleasantly surprised by his abilities when he was on the run. What is absolutely killing this team, again, is the O-line. I like Klemm and realize he is working with some players who may not be all-world talents, but that line is making the run game impossible and making Mac fear for his life. Part of the reason Brady left was the O-line was not good and that was several years ago now.
I also can't help but see some similarities between BB the GM and the recently fired Bloom. I think both could work the edges and turn a nickel into a dime, which is fine if you have an absolutely rock solid core. BB does not and the tinkering around the edges is getting exhausting when the team has serious structural issues that need to be addressed.

Not calling them goats by any means, because they may have played well and I didn't notice... but I can't recall Keion White or Josh Uche getting their name called much at all last night. Did I miss it?

Not the sharpest tool in the shed. And completely lacks self awareness about who he has been.
No kidding. A known domestic abuser on the road against a divisional rival. To quote the Waco Kid. What did he expect? Welcome sonny? Make yourself at home? Marry my daughter?
