Arsenal with a goal out of nothing.. great assist by Rice

Havertz tracked back.. passed out of trouble and I’m not sure he passed to.. but Saka was already moving and received the pass that he gave to Ofegaard who looked like he had nothing.. touched it to Rice who fumbled it and then slid it to Troussard who basically does nothing but score.

I think it looked a lot more banal in replay.. he hooked his arm and bumped him enough so that he couldn’t grab the ball and also didn’t get a good punch on it. It’s really easy to move a person when they’re up in the air.. #9 also was clearly looking to play the keeper and not the ball.. he didn’t look for the ball once.
Don’t deny any of that, but if it was Saliba instead of Raya that Solanke was up against, the ref never thinks about his whistle. Raya wasn’t in a uniquely vulnerable position as a keeper - he was trying to establish position to get to the ball.
Moot point in the end. Arsenal are surging to the finish.
Burnley have utterly collapsed after a strong start, 0-3 to Newcastle and it’s not even halftime.
This Forest - Sheffield game is wildly entertaining. Probably should be 3-2 but the lack of finishing may explain their spots in the table.

That is the only silver lining. But, this season has been 3x as hard as last year, so who knows.
He did, though not really the guy you want in that spot. He had an outstanding game though.
Rønnow also had a shot, but you probably want the keeper there less than Aaronson.
All this game is missing now is a couple of questionable Spurs red cards and maybe a wrongly disallowed goal.
