So this actually happened early in eagles-skins today. Bradford hits a receiver over the middle, who goes down hard. But he goes down hard because of what should be regarded a totally legit shoulder tackle. But it gets even better -- the receiver goes down after HE hits the defender's shoulder rather than vice versa.

So the defender was just standing there. Unnecessary roughness called on the defender.

That was one of a handful of abysmal calls in a penalty filled game. Even allowing for the traditional nastiness of iggles/skins, it was atrocious.
