I’d read a hot take article on how Patricia wasn’t given a fair shake because he had Mac.

Hey all you Mac Jones fan boys, will you all acknowledge how trash he is when he inevitably gets his garbage time stats in the second half?
I don't think there are any Mac Jones fan boys more like people smoking bong hits of copium because the team is stuck with this dumpster-tier quarterback and him not being good means another lost post-Brady season.

Oh, there's one very prominent Mac Jones fanboys. Guess you missed all the "difference between Mac and Brady are the weapons" discourse this past week.

66 yard field goal up 28-3? The hate runs deep from the team of the 90's to the team of the 2000's and 2010's

I think the biggest problem with Mac now is all the weird crap on the offense over the past few years has made him try and "elevate" players around him perpetually, by making risky throws etc, and he just can't be anything but a guy scrambling around with a screwed up offense. Three holding penalties and he goes from having poise to Zach Wilson.

There are plenty of folks, we all know who know who they are, who put a lot of energy and time into defending Mac, under the guise of “the jury is still out”…always finding an excuse.

I feel like the Jordan’s Furniture guy has been the same exact age for the last 30 years.

The biggest problem with Mac is he's a shitty QB

Here
I think Mac had been fine this season (not exercise 5th year option fine, but not bad), but it just gets increasingly difficult to see how this can be the guy past this season. The footwork and pocket presence are fundamentally broken.

I think the biggest problem with Mac is the lack of talent, technique and growth.

I'm not a Mac guy, but it wasn't too long ago that Tua looked horrible under the Belichick coaching tree. Coaching, roster management, and player development has not gone well outside of a few defensive positions.

Thankfully, I did.

Well, that's what I mean. People have been trying to talk themselves into believing Mac is good despite the fact he's a noodle arm with horrid mechanics and a ten-cent head.

While I will still continue acknowledge the dearth of NFL-caliber talent at OL (almost worst in the league) and WR (bottom third anyway), I will no longer defend Mac in any thread. Other than that he may present the team's best shot of obtaining Caleb Williams.

Jets fans may get the last laugh when the thing that prevents us from getting Caleb Williams is the Rodgers injury

I have never had a higher opinion of Tom Brady than I do today a year after he’s actually retired.

Every coach that has left NE has basically sucked with a couple of decent years here and there at best. No serious winning.

And now the guy who seemed to have all the secret sauce can’t even get them to stop making basic errors of formation and getting plays off. I was like a 60/40 BB guy and it’s crystal clear to me at this point that it was probably closer to 90/10 Brady. Feels like there can be no other explanation

Jesus sounds like I picked a good time to be on vacation.

Edit: Aside from coming home in time for this game, of course.

Mac could have had legit 4 pick 6s in a half to add to a fumble for a scoop and score. Bill needs to show him some mercy and not play him in the 2nd half
