I think it would be crazy to not take Caleb but if Fields plays like this, someone will give them a nice return. Imagine an offense where Caleb is throwing to DJ and Marvin Harrison Jr. That tortured fan base will have no idea what’s going on.
For sure. Especially when you look at the history of Bears QBs and receivers, which is really grim.

You are right. That said, dude threw 19 passes last season in a single game. He is not a rookie but he is pretty green still.
So once a year, in October, the Bears play a national TV night game and look like a title contender. Got it.
I was going to wait until tomorrow to watch Loki, but it's looking like I might be doing so about midway through the third quarter at this rate.
FYI, both Fields and Moore are starting in one of my leagues--and the dude starting them is a Bears fan, which is nice for him.
Apologies. He is one of the hosts of Pardon My Take and a well known Bears fan. And I doubt he has Fields on his fantasy team or would start two Bears after their start. But clearly there are Bears fans that have a lot of faith.

If Washington, D.C., can score 2 more touchdowns and add on 2 more two-point conversions, the game will be tied

The Bears fan in my league had a choice of Brock Purdy against the Cowboys or Fields in this game, and went with Fields. So clearly he believes.
Washington going for two this early just makes them not doing it last week on the last play of regulation against the Eagles look worse.
Yeah, that looked like a missed call. But he got away with a pretty blatant IG earlier in the game that allowed him to throw for a TD a few plays later. Basically, I am just not sure what is a penalty any more.
Suplex is when you send the dude flying over your shoulder like Brock Lesnar does. Holding on to the ball carrier and driving him to the ground (but without landing on him with your full body weight) is textbook. That wasn’t a bad hit, except that Fields hit the ground head first. A little surprised the spotter didn’t require him to step off the field for evaluation.
Only +450 on MGM, surprisingly.
The gambling community respects the Bears’ ability to blow this.
