The Giants have shat themselves in truly spectacular fashion. Half an hour ago, they seemed poised to win this game in a rout.

Did the Eagles sign DeMarco Murray solely to keep him from going back to Dallas?  He's clearly a terrible fit for this offense and they have no interest in utilizing him.

Very true, he'd be a good fit on New York though

La Mancha.
Did Gruden just say that Vereen is "one of the best receiving black backs in football"? (rewinded: yes. yes he did.)

edit: he clearly meant to say "backs" and it came out "black", but still I'm going to point out his gaff because Gruden.

So, Philly gets a 4th round pick if Sam Bradford doesn't play more than 50% of the snaps this year.

That alone should be more than enough to have them starting Sanchez. If he's not better than Bradford alone, it's certainly worth getting the draft  pick for this shitty team.

I have tried to be patient with Sam Bradford, but after careful consideration I have concluded that he blows.
This is concise, insightful analysis and I approve of it

Nick Foles and LeSean McCoy aren't setting the world on fire either. Chip Kelly had the right idea (sell high on those guys), but the wrong execution.

So it's looking like the Eagles will come out of tonight 3-3, tied with the Giants and with a H2H win. A lot of teams would like to fuck up their offseason like that.

for a team that went 10-6 last year?
The best team in the division losing their QB and star WR doesn't vindicate poor roster choices, the Eagles are worse than last year, luckily the Cowboys are too.
