Re Sam Bradford ... They ought to run him to the full dimension of Chip's offense. If he goes down, he goes down and you put Sanchize in. He just isn't an elite level QB from in the pocket. He is not close.

Regardless of the ties Smith has to Charlotte, I'd be very surprised if he agreed to play for this team again.

This front office ran him out of town b/c they thought he was too old and had nothing left, so yeah there's no chance he's coming back here.

I am beginning to dislike the NFL product.
To me, it usually comes down to quarterback play. Sam Bradford is so, so bad which makes this game incredibly difficult to watch.

i mean, norman has been playing out of his mind. are we really whining that collinsworth is describing a fantastic player in breathless superlatives who is actually playing in the game he's calling, rather than talking about how great our guy is who played at 1 PM?

No, we're not. Talking about something is not whining about it.

Disagreeing is not whining.

Brady should have 20 TD and 0 INT at age 38, that's at least lukewarm.

Gotta admit, I sneered at the Panthers during their success through the first few weeks. I was wrong. This looks like a well balanced team capable of beating most teams.

Just as Collisworth is finishing saying how awesome the Panthers LBs are they play a run horribly and it ends up a TD.

Roethlisberger back next week? As horrible a loss as that was against KC today, I think they could play the Bengals well in Heinz.
