I don't think his voice plays in broadcasting, but it doesn't in commercials either. You may be right.
I don't get it either. But Richard Deitsch has written that TV execs love him and he will be able to choose his job. And his commercials must test well with the public since they don't stop.

Peyton is arguably among the best hosts on SNL in the last fifteen years. Just my opinion, and no, I'm not joking, and this is not hyperbole. He's very good as a performer, in my view.

Edit: it was hyperbole.

Wait - that can't have happened. The Cardinals have so much speed in the defensive backfield!

No team has more guys complain about a flag than the Ravens---four or five different guys whined about that one, even though it was clear he had an arm wrapped around

They think DPI is reserved for when their QB is throwing.

Good thing the Cards didn't use their final timeout there, that would have been horrible (had the Ravens recovered the deflected punt).

Great Mort report on Hardy's sideline outburst: stammering paraphrasing of Jerry Jones' endorsement of him, followed by a moment of deafening silence as he, Schefter and Berman refrained from making any commentary. Pravda at its best.

lol, courtesy of Gruden, another item for the list: Cardinals have a safety who essentially plays linebacker but with a safety's number. He said, facetiously, that there should be an investigation. But it got me thinking that there would be a big controversy if the Pats did the same.

Tirico, to his credit, said "no more investigations."

"3rd and goal, completes it for a first down"  Odd mistake by Tirico.

Man, I remember Maurice Jones-Drew doing that shit to the Pats back in his rookie year I think.  That's got to be demoralizing for a defense.

Really looked like the Cards were in such a hurry to get a snap off before that run could be reviewed that they were gassed and disorganized in the red zone. Interesting sequence.

A)Forward progress was stopped I think he should have been down.
B)If that wasn't intentional grounding I don't know what is

That Chris Johnson run was weird. The NFL is getting more and more bizarre.
Johnson just took a rest, sitting down on the Baltimore guy.

They'd say when a season is going like Baltimore's is, shit like that will continue to happen.

I wish Steve Smith never went to the Ravens. Makes it tougher to love his play as unconditionally as I would like to.

One secondary benefit of the Ravens being 1-5 is that I feel free to appreciate him. One tough SOB.

Offer a 4th to Ravens and not sure if the "won't trade" & "won't go" stances continue to stand.
