Doug Marrone, not calling out a specific offensive player:

"If you want to continue to keep playing you’re going to have to do a better job."

Edit: source was Andrew Siciliano via Twitter. This copy/paste function confuses me.

Steelers are 7-point favorite next week, O/U 41.

I’d like to tease the Jags and the under on that one.

I mean last game they ran all over the Steelers, Bortles had only 14 passes attempted. The strategy for Jax will be to play good defense and run all over the weak Steelers run D.

Excepting the week 17 Browns, here are the RB totals against PIT recently:
HOU- 163 on 26 carries, 6.3 YPC
NE- 79 on 17 carries 4.6 YPC
BAL- 152 on 26 carries 5.8 YPC
CIN- 111 on 20 carries 5.6 YPC

These aren't even good rushing teams mostly. Their D is tissue paper.
You're not the only one guilty of it, but this narrative that Jacksonville "ran all over" the Steelers earlier in the season is overstating things. They ran the ball a lot, but not very effectively. Then they broke a long run when the game was already over.

Take away Fournette's 90 yard TD run, which happened with under 2 minutes left and the game was basically decided, and Jax had 141 rushing yards on 36 carries. That's less than 4 ypc. Also, if you take out that one play, the Steelers outgained the Jags by 150 yards.

The only reason Jacksonville won is because Ben couldn't stop throwing interceptions, and three of them led to Jags touchdowns (two returns and one short field). Jacksonville's offense had almost nothing to do with that victory.

Here are Jacksonville's offensive drives that game:

3 plays, 5 yards, punt
6 plays, 36 yards, punt
8 plays, 47 yards, TD (after an INT)
13 plays, 49 yards, punt
2 plays, 3 yards, INT
3 plays, 0 yards, punt
13 plays, 67 yards, FG
3 plays, 9 yards, punt
3 plays, 98 yards, TD

Unless Ben repeats his performance and once again turns it over a bunch, Pittsburgh is going to crush this team.

Jax is 4-1 in their last 5 in Pittsburgh.

Hey, one game playoff so anything can happen. I just think a lot of people are looking at the final score, Fournette's gaudy stat line, Ben's 5 INTs, and thinking the Jags dominated them. Pittsburgh had a 9-7 lead, with the ball, about halfway through the 3rd Quarter. Then Ben threw pick-6s on back to back to drives and the wheels fell off.

It was a weird game that had a lot of crazy plays that aren't likely to happen again.
