Sooo funny story. Im 42, as some of you know, I’m a hockey nut who spent a lot of my 20s and 30s in net playing 100+ games a year from November-March against high competition. I’ll sit at the rink and watch the following games. I watch as many Bs games possible and hockey is the only sport I’ll watch anyone play. Outside of 7 years in Colorado, I have lived in the Boston area.
Tomorrow is the first time I’m going the be at the Garden for a Bs game. Let’s go!

@The Mort Report if you are in the rafters like I was for my only Garden game, just know that if two middle aged men start throwing punches because one thinks Tuukka Rask is awesome and the other one thinks he sucks... that is apparently pretty normal around those parts.

Detroit wasn’t much better. They had a super weird replay shot at first. And still missed it was Zacha. Then eventually got the normal center angle camera and finally realized it was zacha.
Spur of the moment decided to grab tickets and bring both of my girls (3 and 7) to their first game.

I feel like everything Lohrei tried to do with the puck is panicked and rushed. The skillset is there, the NHL level game is just so clearly above his head right now. Hopefully once they get healthy, he keeps developing well down in the AHL, because I really think he could be good. He just isn't right now.
