That's a pretty good draft for the Browns. Gilbert, Manziel, and the 1st in 2015. Well done.

Browns pretty solid the since the Richardson trade other than the clownshow FO/coach stuff in January. Worked the draft board pretty good.

He looks relieved. I think he'll kill it in Browns.

What a draft for Cleveland. Finally - some excitement in that (sports)-God forsaken city.

Browns get Justin GIlbert, Manziel and a likely high first round pick next year.  Could be an incredible day if Manziel pans out.  If it doesn't, it's still a pretty good one, but not otherworldly.

One thing Manziel's got going for him: that O-line is not terrible like most bad teams.  He definitely won't have to worry about the blind side.

So Cleveland turned the 4th overall, 26th overall, 3rd rounder, and 5th rounder into the top cornerback, their top QB, and a 2015 1st and 4th.

That's how you draft.

Even if JFF disappoints, look at all the fans celebrating. It's worth it to get that fan base rocking and get their hopes up again.

Oh yeah, they also picked up a top CB next to Joe Hayden and next year's #1.

That's what happens when you rid yourself of Mike Lombardi. Feel bad for whoever ended up with him.

Manziel to Gordon... Scary

Don't forget about Jordan Cameron at TE (and Andrew Hawkins in the slot). And they could still add another WR in the 2nd or 3rd round.

He'll have some weapons to work with.

So do they start pumping Bridgewater between every pick now that Johnny is gone?

Yep, too early for Michael Sam.

Even if he sucks, you can't regret that pick, especially given that they got a first rounder and a fantastic corner already.

If Bridgewater or any of the other QBs turn out better, they will regret the pick and fans in Cleveland will riot if they ever pick another QB at 22 overall.
