When #NFL schedule comes out sources tell me #Eagles will play #Vikings to open season Thursday night September 6th in Philadelphia. It’s rematch of NFC Championship game. @SportsRadioWIP
I thought I read CBS was trying to avoid it as it "wastes" a Pats game for them on a day they already draw eyeballs. They want it on a normal weekend. And I'm pretty sure we'll be in Detroit for Thanksgiving.
I thought that 99 and 44/100% of fans hate the Pats.I thought I read CBS was trying to avoid it as it "wastes" a Pats game for them on a day they already draw eyeballs. They want it on a normal weekend.
They played on Thanksgiving on CBS the last time they played in Detroit. I'd say they'll do it again.I thought I read CBS was trying to avoid it as it "wastes" a Pats game for them on a day they already draw eyeballs. They want it on a normal weekend.
Perhaps TNF week 3 or 4feel like @TEN should be an early primetime game with the ex-Pat FA moves they've made.
Sure, but those people like to tune in, hoping to watch them lose. The rest of the country hated the Red Sox/Yankees, but it still drew the biggest nationwide ratings.I thought that 99 and 44/100% of fans hate the Pats.
And of course with all the barn burner Super Bowls we’ve been in.Sure, but those people like to tune in, hoping to watch them lose. The rest of the country hated the Red Sox/Yankees, but it still drew the biggest nationwide ratings.
That… would take some doing with the 12 AFC gamesAt some point every game for the Patriots is going to be a Super Bowl rematch.
Last year it was released the week before the draft so maybe it will be released on Thursday. They'd better release it this week, or it'll get swallowed up by draft-mania
They can do that, though. Because even the Dog Shit plays well on Red Zone.Premium games on Thursday night, 4 PM, and 8:30 PM Sunday. Either ESPN’s slate will somehow get worse or 1 PM is going to be a haven for dogshit.
Probably the toughest home game. I can already hear BB saying they want to be more competitive on D than the last time they played.More Beetle updates: Pats will open up at home vs. Houston in a 1 pm game. Also, 5 of first 9 games will be night games.
That looks to be all of their night games though which means more afternoon games when it's colder.Probably the toughest home game. I can already hear BB saying they want to be more competitive on D than the last time they played.
5 of 9 at night is absurd.
That's true, as BB would say it all evens out, it's just a lot of night football - 5 out of 8 games after the opener? I assume that would be TNF once, MNF once, and SNF 3 times? Just seems really heavy. That looks to be all of their night games though which means more afternoon games when it's colder.
Not based on how the Pats historically play in Florida in December...Would have preferred to be at a warm site in December (Jax instead of Pitt) and in a cold site in week 2 (Pitt instead of Jax)
that's ok. That's tv premiere week I think.Jets at Browns Week 3 Thursday night. What a snoozefest.
Ok, veterans day weekend with Monday off.. I can handle that.Week 16 and 17 are 2 divisional games at home
At Buffalo is on 10/29 Monday night.
At Tennessee is November 11th Sunday 1 pm
Beetle and Zo said a lot of the schedule on the air and via Twitter. Said on the air 4 of first 6 are at home as well.Ok, veterans day weekend with Monday off.. I can handle that.
Where are you seeing all this?
