This is assuming Miami and Philly win their play-in games which while likely is not a sure thing.Bucks are done. Knicks playing for the 2/3 seed now with the Bucks. It will be:
Heat/Sixers/Pacers/Magic/CLE/…/…/BOS

Yes, I just meant pre play-in, I should have clarified. This is assuming Miami and Philly win their play-in games which while likely is not a sure thing.
I'd rather play Miami early (before they can work up any momentum) and Philly late (I'll believe Embiid can play well outside of round 1 when I see it).Meh, I think the Cs will be fired up, fresh, and healthy in the 1st round, so that's the best time to hit a quality opponent. In some ways you'd rather face the Sixers or Miami then than in round 2/3.
Seems like the most likely scenario atm.I'd rather play Miami early (before they can work up any momentum) and Philly late (I'll believe Embiid can play well outside of round 1 when I see it).
Pacers-Bucks series would be fun given what's gone on previously this season.Knicks/Sixers 2/7 matchup would be ideal here. Think the Pacers probably beat the Bucks, too, if that’s the matchup.
Yeah, I want the Heat. Just like I wanted the Nets in the first round two years ago. Time to exorcise that demon. From a neutral fan standpoint, Celtics/Heat, Knicks/Sixers and Bucks/Pacers would be a incredible set of 1st round matchups in the east (Cavs/Magic, who gives a shit).
They should probably want to lose here, yeah. Bucks will likely lose first round anyway, so homecourt irrelevant. If you're the Knicks, do you really want to finish second and face (in all likelihood) Philly? Seems like a punishment for overtaking the Bucks.
Let the Sixers crush Doc in the first round.
why so confident in this particular path playing out? assuming a bucks loss plus a second round where home court is irrelevant? They should probably want to lose here, yeah. Bucks will likely lose first round anyway, so homecourt irrelevant.
I mean Knicks being 3 is irrelevant for homecourt if Bucks lose to Philly anyway.why so confident in this particular path playing out? assuming a bucks loss plus a second round where home court is irrelevant?
Well, one of them wins and avoids the Cs until the finals. This is assuming Miami and Philly win their play-in games which while likely is not a sure thing.
good point lolI mean Knicks being 3 is irrelevant for homecourt if Bucks lose to Philly anyway.
The Bulls are gonna finish just under .500 without arguably 2 of their top 3 players. Management will 100% convince themselves to stand pat because they think they have LaVine and Ball coming back next year, and it will be 1000% incorrect.caruso is amazing
Solid username, and solid point by you. If we only have to play one of the Bucks and Knicks, rather than both, it's an "easy path". I won't ask for much more than that (ok, maybe just avoiding Miami, for the injury risk alone).I mean, I think a 2nd round opponent of Cleveland or Orlando is pretty ideal.
Yeah. This is exactly the thing. Take out the trash in the first round and then take care of business in the second round and then see who has managed to crawl into the ECF. and ruin their hopes and dreams This is our spring schedule.I mean, I think a 2nd round opponent of Cleveland or Orlando is pretty ideal.
Yeah, I have to agree with Doris - no reason for Hart to advance the ball. And the Knicks are unbelievably sloppy here. Just repeatedly giving the ball away, sometimes with no pressure at all.
I guess they were all fired up from getting run over by the Pritchard Train on FridayAgreed. I was assuming Cleveland wouldn’t blow a double digit 4th quarter lead at home to the Hornets.
DD up to 52 minutes. Season must be on the line.Dante D is going to wind up playing 50 mins today. Thibs gonna Thibs.
