This is probably the most accurate post that will be posted on SoSH today.I hate everything about when Canadian teams win at home in the playoffs. They win a game and they act like they just won the Cup. Saw it in Montreal last night and just now in Ottawa
How much depth would be satisfactory? This situation is a bit of an outlier.Lack of depth cost them tonight. Hopefully they get Krejci back for game 3.
Agreed. At the same time, you know he'll take full responsibility.Chara made a rookie mistake in his 19th season. Everything else is subterfuge.
Can't have your captain playing hot potato with the puck with no one else within 15 feet.
This is on Chara 100%
Yeah, it's not really a depth issue right now.... they just had a bunch of D-men (and Krejci) get hurt at the wrong time. Which is annoying because it seemed like they spent most of the year relatively healthy. How much depth would be satisfactory? This situation is a bit of an outlier.
Defensively, sure. Offensively? This team is the same as it ever was. Past the two lines, their forwards look totally outmatched. Running Kuraly/Beleskey/Schaller out there against guys like Turris and MacArthur was never going to end well. How much depth would be satisfactory? This situation is a bit of an outlier.
What the fuck does this even mean?Krejci needs to stop being a pussy and get his ass out there too. That's pretty annoying.
I vote no. On to the next. Forza el Fiat.Agreed. At the same time, you know he'll take full responsibility.
What's the deal? Doth I continue for Monday's game?
This is the NHL in the cap era. The last two lines are always terrible. If Kuraly skates to that puck, he gets it 50% of the time and scores 10% of the time.Defensively, sure. Offensively? This team is the same as it ever was. Past the two lines, their forwards look totally outmatched. Running Kuraly/Beleskey/Schaller out there against guys like Turris and MacArthur was never going to end well.
Yeah. I don't want to sound like Mike from Woburn, but it seems like Boston sustains an injury in every fucking game vs Ottawa.Yeah, it's not really a depth issue right now.... they just had a bunch of D-men (and Krejci) get hurt at the wrong time. Which is annoying because it seemed like they spent most of the year relatively healthy.
We'll have to remind him between tours of vineyards this weekend.I vote no. On to the next. Forza el Fiat.
No, Cassidy isn't going to waste a timeout because his D may or may not be gassed and leave himself without a challenge in the last minutes. He made the clear a game or two ago.The only thing I will say is that after watch Ottawa quick change a lot of the game to wear the Bruins D down, with about 4 minutes to go I was waiting for Cassidy to call a timeout to give the D a blow. I don't know if it would have mattered, but it couldn't have hurt.
Not calling for TFP to do it. Just trying to drunkenly create a rallying call. We'll have to remind him between tours of vineyards this weekend.
Look at the players on the ice for the Karlsson goal. How much depth would be satisfactory? This situation is a bit of an outlier.
Seriously. Stop.Krejci needs to stop being a pussy and get his ass out there too. That's pretty annoying.
It was that or pass out. 30 mins for a 40 year old.Depth didn't cause Chara to chip the puck over the glass. One of the worst plays in NHL history short of an own goal. It was a 50/50 game until Chara threw up.
Then picture the same scenario when you haven't recently sustained a spate of injuries.Look at the players on the ice for the Karlsson goal.
Or Ice it, expend a lot more energy flipping it over the glass then you do just firing it down the ice.It was that or pass out. 30 mins for a 40 year old.
We're saying the same thing. Injuries have depleted their depth. It's a challenge they'll have to overcome. I'm still confident. Then picture the same scenario when you haven't recently sustained a spate of injuries.
This. We need playoff Krejci back for game 3.Lack of depth cost them tonight. Hopefully they get Krejci back for game 3.
All the sweeter every year none of them win.I hate everything about when Canadian teams win at home in the playoffs. They win a game and they act like they just won the Cup. Saw it in Montreal last night and just now in Ottawa
You defend Krejci all season and this is what makes you turn on him? His playoff career should speak for itself, if he's not playing there's a good reasonKrejci needs to stop being a pussy and get his ass out there too. That's pretty annoying.
Reverse psychologyYou defend Krejci all season and this is what makes you turn on him? His playoff career should speak for itself, if he's not playing there's a good reason
I was being sarcastic, but I guess it didn't come across that way. Krejci always seems to get blamed by Bruins fans so I was joking. What the fuck does this even mean?
I remember my first beer.I was being sarcastic, but I guess it didn't come across that way. Krejci always seems to get blamed by Bruins fans so I was joking.
Also I'm drunk so I'm sure it seemed to work better in my head
I was at Long Trail today and had my Bs jersey on. 2 people bought me beers because of it. I remember.I remember my first beer.

I think he was trying to avoud the icing, and I think that his minutes made him sloppy with the attempt to blast it off the glass.Or Ice it, expend a lot more energy flipping it over the glass then you do just firing it down the ice.
