It's difficult to watch someone panic. You first feel sorry for them, then you slowly begin to resent them.
I’d love to see a breakdown of that last play. Were any receivers open? Was Max stepping up to throw? Or to scramble?
Internal clock is 2.5 to 3 seconds and after that he just stops looking downfield and runs forward into whatever is there. For a 3rd and short, he had plenty of time there. He had another second or so if he hadn't stopped looking downfield.
Minschew kinda sucks, but you can see why fans might be hopeful with him. There’s moments of competence.
It may be time to switch to the Wing T. As bad as Mac is, he’s got like 1.8 seconds to get rid of the ball.
The 2nd down draw play was so fucking predictable. Gotta focus on using up 40 seconds than try to actually score points.

It's not the same guy from his rookie year. He was definitely playing the part of averge-ish starting QB and making typical reads/plays. This is 100% different, and not just a bad OL.
