Nice piece of skill by Doughty.

The only socially acceptable situation to use a fanny pack- trainer for an NHL team.

Right call, but I still don't like the rule. If you dive in front of someone's path, it should be a trip regardless of puck contact imo.

Come on, if you can just attack the puck with your body like that, why doesn't everyone do that? He swept the leg. That's a trip.

Clifford made contact with the puck and broke up the play before making contact with Hagelin. That is not a trip. On those types of plays you can haul the guy down so long as you make contact with the puck first, which Clifford did.

You're right. I'm just angry.

This crowd is terrible. You would never think this is a big market finals. I can't believe how quiet it is.

It really sounds quiet, but that might be the sound mixing.

That shouldn't have been a penalty on Nash.

Come on, lots of players do that exact play. From the rulebook:

If, in the opinion of the Referee, a player makes contact with the puck first and subsequently trips the opponent in so doing, no penalty shall be assessed.

It's the sound of clueless non-hockey fan celebrity posers texting on their cell phones, so obviously it's quiet.

The glass slapping seems to be rampant here. I never understood it.

For some reason, you can really hear it. Usually it's muted a little bit. It's annoying, no question.

Kings emptied both barrels that period outshooting NYR 20-3. They're controlling even strength, let's see if they can break through.

The Rangers are stuck in the mud. They are lucky it's OT. Hags almost buried one and then he followed that up by almost burying one on Hank.

Everything's coming up Milhouse. At least, since Milhouse got bounced from the playoffs by Nelson on doucheroids.
