Just seeing the Jets box score. Its hilarious to see how bad Zack is after listening all week to guys on WFAN saying, "This is his big change, maybe he finally fulfills his potential, maybe he absorbed things in the preseason without having the pressure of being the number one guy" etc... Not all of them by any means, but it was still ridiculous.
And a cursory glance at the box score may not show that the bulk of his positive value today was a 15 yard slant to Garrett Wilson that the latter took 68 yards to the house. Take that play away and he's 11-26 for 102 yards, 0 TDs and 3 interceptions (QB rating of 14.1). And he had all week to prep, it's not like last week when he was taken off the bench in the opening series. He's just bad, and even though I don't think there's anyone out there that makes the Jets a super bowl contender now that Rodgers is out, it's NFL malpractice to hand this team off to him, again.

Zach is barely an SEC level QB right now.

Let's let it play out at least one more week, please.

That was some terrible red zone play and clock management from DEN. Have it on the 1 with 2:07, burn the 2minute and a timeout and get a FG because your QB takes 17 yards in sacks.

They burned the minute before that from the 11 yard line with 2 inside passes to gain 9 yards and then a qb sneak. So much wasted time.

For some reason I really want Tress Way to become the best punter ever and for a road to be named after him in DC.

Who do the Jets play next week? Zach Wilson just looks lost. Obviously he faced a good (potentially great?) defense and an absolutely brutal pass rush today, but even on the few plays he had some time, he didn’t look confident and crisp with his throws.

Jets are really talented sans the QB position so it’s even more magnified. If they werent expected to contend for the playoffs, it might make sense to give Zach one more chance to plays several games and see if it clicks….but it’s hard to imagine much more patience from the coaches and FO with the talent on that roster.
