Has a team ever devoted more high draft capital into skill positions in as short a timespan as the Falcons while simultaneously having no plan at quarterback?
Absolutely. This offense would be competitive with an Andy Dalton at QB. Ridder is Zack Wilson-tier.
Browns went from -2.5 to +1. So not a win yet. But a significant change in the Raven's favor. No Watson so a gift win for the Ratfucks is teed up.
Just discovering this myself. How bizarre. How many different services do you need to watch the nationally televised games?Wait, this game isn't available on "regular" TV?
See? It's not just me. Apparently you need ESPN, ESPN+, Prime- anything else?Just discovering this myself. How bizarre. How many different services do you need to watch the nationally televised games?
I was thinking games were still on the NFL Network, but forgot that Prime has those now. So there’s one less!See? It's not just me. Apparently you need ESPN, ESPN+, Prime- anything else?
Isn't NFL Network pretty widely available and included with most cable packages? How is that the same as requiring me to buy a subscription to ESPN+?I hate the NFL as much as anyone but since when are fans entitled to see random extra games on the schedule? In the past, these European games have been on the NFL network, have they not?
Edit: the frustration around Amazon exclusively showing the Thursday night games i get. But these games have almost always been on some version of a paid channel.

I think he was almost universally hailed as can't miss though, right?Jonnu has the same amount of targets as Pitts ytd, (21 for Pitts, 20 for Jonnu) way more yards (179 to 121) and more receptions.(15 to 11)
That Pitts pick was an all timer so far. He's basically N'keal Harry.
Yes, Pitts is widely regarded as the most athletic TE in the NFL. But that doesn't get you very far if you're just an athletic decoy.I think he was almost universally hailed as can't miss though, right?
Performed too many pedicures with'emI haven’t watched Countdown in years and it started after the Jags game. WTF is with Rex Ryan’s teeth? Frightening.
They were like that before. Got them big white veneers.I haven’t watched Countdown in years and it started after the Jags game. WTF is with Rex Ryan’s teeth? Frightening.
The problem with the conventional wisdom is that Pitts is regarded as a TE. I realize there’s no TE in the NFL today like Gronk was, but a guy like Travis Kelce can at least block as well as, say, Tony Gonzalez. Pitts can’t.Yes, Pitts is widely regarded as the most athletic TE in the NFL. But that doesn't get you very far if you're just an athletic decoy.
Arthur Smith talks about how it's more important to win games than worry about fantasy points. The thing is, he doesn't win many games, either.
My guess is the smart money is staying off that one, and there are more Jets fans than Chiefs fans.House brought up an interesting point. Why did the line go from 9.5 to 8.5 in the Jets game? Seems directionally wrong.
Yeah but we aren’t the Cowboys or Mexican boxing fans. Like, we are not a hopeful group. I’m more likely to bet the Chiefs (I don’t actually gamble) as emotional insurance. My guess is the smart money is staying off that one, and there are more Jets fans than Chiefs fans.
Smith makes a point of not using his best players. And then is salty about it. And loses more than he wins.I don’t mind Arthur Smith (at least until now). I cannot understand the Ridder thing. Like what was he seeing in practice.
9-point margins of victory are uncommon. So the line can move from 9.5 to 8.5 for dumb reasons, and there’s not much incentive for smart money to push it back up.Yeah but we aren’t the Cowboys or Mexican boxing fans.
