I’m starting to think losing the Super Bowl does lead to a sucky year.

Yes there are exceptions.

Phillip Rivers just got called for Intentional Grounding in the end zone. Safety.

Cleveland does not suck suddenly.

Pardon my ignorance, but what does best ball mean?
it’s season long fantasy, but with no roster moves. On DraftKings they offered a traditional snake draft (I think like 25 rounds?).
Each week your score is calculated from the optimal lineup from your player pool. So in the example I gave - I don’t have to start Fitz. He’ll be my QB today since he had the highest score.

It’s basically just a lazy version of fantasy lol
Or, in my case, I found it fun because I enjoy drafting, and I primarily just play daily. It was fun enough to follow the first couple weeks, but now, between the cancellations and injuries, some of my teams are screwed and I can’t do anything about it.

Their defensive line is all over Rivers. The team has a lot of talent and it looks like they actually have a competent coach for the first time since the Bush administration.

That's awesome. So as injuries pile up, it seems like the last team standing usually wins. But it does sound pretty fun.

That's why Jones sucks. He gets away from pressure, outside of the pocket, and he doesn't throw it away and takes the sack.

Daniel Jones is not very good at football. I almost feel bad for the guy.

Belichick coached there during Clinton

It’s starting to look like the penalty on what would have been a Slayton TD is going to cost me quite a bit in Daily Fantasy.
I really wish the call was more obvious, so it would be easier to accept. Oh well...

Niners will be underdogs in their next 5 games. Starting to look like a lost season.

The injuries they have had have been unbelievable. Three weeks ago, 60% of their salary cap was hurt. It's a little less now but that defense isn't the same. Losing Bosa is a season changing thing.

Rivers at 7pm, trying to drive him team for a late score and a miracle comeback still exists. But it's different.

Previous incarnation, they are now the Ravens.
I believe the city sued to keep the records.

I was referring to Romeo. He was there during George W.
I couldnt figure if you meant him or Eric but neither was anything decent. Stefanski seems legit especially considering Vikings suckitude.

Aside: teeveeman just said best start in 26 years; so they count old records as Cleveland

They actually did. The NFL made the Ravens start over as a new franchise and kept the Brown records for the new franchise. But I was speaking in praftical terms.

Colts had the Browns at 3rd and 9 with chance to get the ball back and gave up a massive run. Browns then doink the upright, but bounces in to put it out of reach.

If Clapper beats McCarthy, BS Guess the Lines is going to be great tonight. Probably won’t drop until 1 or 2 am.

Oh man, I assumed an NFC East team would get a win today, but the tie is possible

Unlikely to be career ending, probably similar to the Hayward injury.

Very rarely these gruesome looking twisted foot/ankle injuries turn out to be a subtalar dislocation without associated fractures (Caris Lavert in the NBA most recently) and only 1-2 month injuries.
