I smell a banner!!Horseshoe on the helmet, horseshoe up the ass
One receiver pointing at the other after the play. Wrong route?Steelers fail in 4th and goal. I guess it was the right call.
Done for the year again probably
Not sure, but pretty sure that’s not how they drew it up!One receiver pointing at the other after the play. Wrong route?
He will now have missed way more than 50% of his games in his career. He was at 50% when the season started. He's made of glass.Dobbins achilles, brutal. I really hate that franchise but they've had some rotten injury luck.
They can’t have gotten that right. Would set up crazy incentives.@CFB_Rules - can you explain what just happened in the Falcons-Panthers game? There was a Falcons punt, and both teams committed personal fouls - a horsecollar tackle by the Falcons, and Carolina player blocking while out of bounds - and the penalties were ruled as offsetting (I think?), and the ball was spotted at the 1 yard line where the horsecollar occurred. Really, really odd.
Crazy incentives like defense offsides when the offense has the ball on the 1 foot line? They can’t have gotten that right. Would set up crazy incentives.
That gives a free play. In this case you encourage a horse collar if players think fast, if what I think happen happened.Crazy incentives like defense offsides when the offense has the ball on the 1 foot line?
those teams have fanbasesWhat are the rules and rags around the switching games? Fox in Boston has been on the San Francisco Pittsburgh game forever and we have 11 1/2 minutes left and it’s been totally uncompetitive the whole way.
SF defense is literally the best in the game. But, yeah, Kenny isn't having a good game.Kenny Pickett has gotta be sapping any enthusiasm Steelers fans had coming into the season. What an awful decision to throw into double coverage for the INT.
Trubisky time. LOLKenny Pickett has gotta be sapping any enthusiasm Steelers fans had coming into the season. What an awful decision to throw into double coverage for the INT.
Announcers all but eulogizing the Steelers. Hopefully they can salvage something going into the rest of the season kind of stuff.Kenny Pickett has gotta be sapping any enthusiasm Steelers fans had coming into the season. What an awful decision to throw into double coverage for the INT.
Let me try to find it. NFL rules on offsetting fouls are different from other levels of football.@CFB_Rules - can you explain what just happened in the Falcons-Panthers game? He's looked like an all time great compared to Burrow today.Looked like vintage Watson on the roll out TD throw and powering in for the 2pt conversion.
I'm not sure they actually called them "offsetting". Dean Blandino said something about them both being post-possession fouls, after the punt was in the air, but I don't understand why the play was allowed to stand, and how the Falcons got to benefit so massively from the spot. (That horsecollar tackle almost literally won the game for the tackling team - Carolina went 3 and out and had to punt from their own end zone, and the Falcons were able to go up by two scores from the great field position that resulted.)Let me try to find it.
