People gonna realize how good Zinger is on D this season. Last year was not a fluke.

They absolutely make a hash of the fourth and either lose this game or make it very uncomfortable down the stretch last year. I am aroused.

Quickley has been a Celtic-killer, but he was really passive tonite. Which was fine with me.

Knicks now 0-3 without Barrett, 5-2 with him. The starters don’t have enough scoring without him against good defenses unless Grimes is going nuts like he did briefly tonight.

I still think BOS has the strongest starting 5 in my memory, all five guys positive impact guys on both ends. The only team I could think of that was close was Wallace/Sheed/Prince/Hamilton/Billups, but Ben Wallace couldn’t score.

Also I dislike this and it kills me that Porzingis is such a big part of it.

KP deal will go down as Brad's biggest HEIST.

The rest of the NBA was completely asleep during the Wizards firesale

yet again, we have a steamroller type game: it feels like the celtics are struggling and the knicks are playing hard and then slowly, and then all at once the celtics just roll them. how did it become a 16 point game? they have a gear they can go to.

I'm just here to remind you all of the joy of when Jayson Tatum made that shuffle-step 3 in the corner to put us up 108-to-whatever, Thibs called a timeout, and Brunson took the ball and tried his absolute best to crush it with his bare hands. The man was walking away towards his own bench, but was absolutely consumed with rage at how much Tatum was hitting shots - covered, uncovered, didn't matter.

I like Brunson a lot, Scal is right that his footwork is beautiful, he does some very impressive things and makes some stupid shots sometimes. He could play on my team any time. And he really cared out there, was giving his all... and Tatum was just teabagging him and his whole team. I'd have thought less of him if he hadn't been furious at the entire state of affairs.
