Brown definitely thought they were calling time as soon as he crossed half court, Joe has to read that even if he wasn’t planning on taking it.

In a tie game when you shake the defender like that, shooting a 26 footer isn't exactly the optimal play.

It’s a lousy shot but they’ve shot like shit all night. Whatever happens here this is mostly a make miss league problem tonight although Minnesota really disrupted them with extending their defense out above the 3 point line and dared us to dribble into traffic and finish. Most teams don’t have Gobert but it’s maybe something to watch

They also had two unforced turnover in the last two minutes on bad passes from Tatum, that’s kind of an ongoing concern as well.
