2/4 vs. Memphis

I think some people hated his fit on this team and some of his decision making on the floor but I think everyone appreciated his attitude and effort. I think they’re a better team without him on the floor but I miss his attitude and willingness to do whatever it took to win.
They’re still homebuilding but I think the looks are good. Just in a team-wide shooting rut right now.
Scal is correct in that Memphis is well coached enough that letting them hang around is probably a bad idea. If only they want to rest the starters as much as possible (even with all the days off its still helpful).
Pretty awful effort so far facing an undermanned (to put it extremely mildly) team after eating shit against an undermanned (to put it extremely mildly) team.
I'm concerned. I'll say it. Maybe it's nothing, but the ack of execution against inferior opponents, even in a variance riddled make/miss league like this, is alarming.
As soon as Memphis went zone and took away the inside looks, the celts look helpless.

The OREB deficit is perfectly emblematic of the difference in effort. Luckily we have the talent difference to more than make up for it, but it’s still frustrating
Definitely more often this season, but that clear one I think came from behind Scal
20 disappeared real quick the other night. But this team is obviously much worse

They got the kid his bucket, honored an old friend and got the starters some extra rest. Today has been good for the Boston Celtics.
