I hope we are doing this again for the 2015 season and im thinking it will be draft time soon. How many people are returning form last year? What event do we want to start at this year?

Its 20 guys, and the 20 who played last year will have first option at it.  After the draft there is one week where you may be required to do something.

Its not exactly Fantasy, where you edit lineups and such, but its pretty fun tracking it.

I thought we already declared in another thread (when talking about what to do with our winnings from last year) but in case there is a question I am in.

Let's get the people in the pool set and then we can worry about the money.

Edit- but the other thread is updated with who owes what

In addition to those 17, the 3 who didn't make a single dollar were Dave Stapleton, Randywatson, and myself (2 years in a row!  Despite being in the top 10 in the power rankings each year...).

It looks like everyone will come back, but I'll be sending out PMs now just to make sure.

Unfortunately, we aren't going to add any tournaments this year.  Sorry.  I dropped the ball and should have had the draft earlier but I want to give the draft two weeks to get completed and even then it would be a pain in the ass to add tournaments because everyone would have to spring for extra money.  Maybe next year.  I'll edit the first post and post the schedule as well since its changed some from last year (same tournaments, different order).

By the way, I'm sorry that people have to ask for my Paypal. I just got nailed with fraud and I'm gun shy. I don't want to have to change 20 different auto pay bills again.

Ok, still waiting on a few people to pay. Are you coming back? Also, this draft should have started days ago. Let's pick an order and get it going. It's not that hard. Random number generator or something. If you want me to do it, I will, but we need to know if the people who haven't paid are coming back.

Looking forward to this.  Not looking forward to having to research for the draft again.  The year to year variance for these guys makes my head spin.

I started to put together a draft list together the other day of the top 20 guys. It really is pretty wide open. There are no real no-brainers out there, I could have a guy ranked in the top 5 that someone else could have closer to 20/25 and you can make a compelling argument either way. Fun stuff.

This is so true. It is an incredibly difficult sport to draft for. I haven't started my list, usually I spend 4-5 hours but I really would like to know my draft slot before I start thinking about strategy this year. Either way following 30 tournaments a year and having 8 guys to root for has added a ton of enjoyment to golf season, so I can't wait for it to start back up again.

Last year 4 of the top 5 total point teams drafted between 12-17. I won it the first year drafting out of the 10 spot. There is a lot of good golfers in the top 30. I am not sure I will be happy this year if I am picking 1st and 40th.
