Denver playing a perfect game. Very impressive. Congratulations to them, very disciplined, exceedingly well coached. Very deserving tonight. Oh, and a hot goalie never hurts.

Tough L. Congrats to Denver. These older teams always give the young bucks problems

There are days when i wish had never developed an interest in sports. When I wish I had just gone to the library and studied languages and more history. There are days when I just hate sports.

This is one of those days.

Really disappointing result for a top seed but Denver deserved it. They carried the play all night with BC on their heels and making mistakes. BC looked like an overconfident side that couldn't make adjustments.

Denver, though, was also incredibly lucky to be there at all, with three 2-1 games, two of which went to OT, one to double OT and even the regulation game against Cornell was super tight. They were out shot in every game, including the final.

They lived a charmed life the whole tournament. "Charmed" might be another word for hot goalie, but still.

And Boston College was literally on the ropes in the regional final against the defending national champions and could have easily not reached the Frozen Four. It goes both ways.

Worlds End
They also have James Hagens, an 06 from the National team development program and a certain top 5 pick in the 25 draft coming in next season as well.
