Not that it matters, but I think the Steelers got an extra 2 yards on the personal foul. Line of scrimmage was the 19 and then they marked the penalty off to the 36.

That's what I thought, and I imagine what McCarthy was yelling about. It had absolutely no impact (QB was not escaping that hold) but in the middle of the tackle he 100% had his hand on the back collar of the jersey and was pulling down.
