Every time I watch Olympic handball I can't understand why it's not a huge sport in America. It's basically soccer in which the players use their hands. Which was the gripe about soccer for years here.
The gripe with soccer wasn’t that it was lack of scoring (which also handball doesn’t have a problem with)
I agree

It would kinda be a fun rule tweak if putting the ball through the uprights on the kickoff put the ball on the 20 instead of the 25...

Perhaps it's because we have lacrosse? or basketball? I think Americans would get frustrated with not being able to step into the area around the goal on offense.

Will never understand a designed rollout pass with a slow pocket passer. Telegraphs the play and if you haven’t fooled the D the whole play is FUBAR from the jump.

When you have to spend half the broadcast explaining why false start isn’t false start, just admit it’s a false start and be fucking done with it. Nobody is fooled by this.

The NFL forced Terry McAulay off Twitter because they felt he was too critical
99 percent of the time it is Steratore or someone of his ilk saying shit like ‘clearly the official on the field saw it the other way’ when asked for their opinion, so give me this kind of take.
