If the creek don't rise and the good Lord's a-willin', I plan to lay it on you at least a hundred times this season.
His at bats this spring just look so much better than he did last season. I don't really know what to expect, but if he manages to stop swinging at every slider that ends up in the left hand batters box, he should be at least okay.
Total guess and probably wrong, could the whole uniform issue be a reason? If they now have fitted jerseys in standard colors but the green ones aren’t fitted did they decide to wear standard colors?
IIRC, they didn't wear the green last year either so I don't think the new uniforms are to blame. It was a conscious choice by someone at some point. I'm just wondering when and why.
The Yankees babies have been so bad at defense that their pitcher Warren can't make it through the first; mostly not his fault.
Admittedly, I'm a Story fanboy, but I expect him to have a huge season. We know his fielding will be fantastic.

I just love watching Duran run the bases. I’d hate to see him traded. As Sweet Lou says “He runs like he hates the ground.”

They have a couple, but this guy is not one of them. Warren will probably be back in next inning, if we ever get to the next inning.

Why didn’t they take that LF fence down to the ground? Just enough space to let a ball go in there.
