Total bullshit. The taker has all of the advantages and they get one that borders on impossible to counter.
How about if you pull the full stop, the keeper can come off the line immediately?

Slovakian anthem is tolerable as these things go .. why do South American anthems always sound so … pompous? Over elaborate ? Grandiose?

Normally I'm against so many yellows early, but.... these basically have all been very deserved.
He's making it bad because because he has the sad song of a whole Brit world on his shoulders.
The only thing he’s better at than his peers is screaming at his defense.
Southgate is in so far over his head. This team is so much less than the some of its parts. England are a total mess tactically.
This is 100% on Southgate. Terrible squad construction taking only 1 unfit left back despite squads expanding to 26 (did we need both Watkins and Toney when he won’t play either one). Then terrible team selection, how many players are playing out of position. Finally, not willing to make difficult calls by dropping players who are clearly not fit or out of form.
When noted tactical genius Landon Donovan is calling you out for a lack of attacking structure, it might be time to rethink things.
You've got actual talent on the England squad and a 10 cent manager. If I was the players I'd be so furious and just trying to construct some kinda offense. This is worse than Italy. Southgate is so poor. Good on Slovakia for capitalizing. Can only play what's in front of you.
There are two times I can think of where an amateur on the street legitimately knew better than the head coach… Liverpool at the end of Rodgers’ reign and Southgate now. We always think we know better than the pros but this is a situation where there are a ton of people that could do a lot better.
