It was feeling pretty hopeless there for a while.
Still is, just in a winning the battle but not the war fashion now.
Whatever happened to Josh Taylor? Iirc, we gave him away for a counterfeit Mondesi.
Can I just say how nice it is to watch a good ballgame played in a beautiful ballpark between two fun teams with interesting players NEITHER OF WHICH HAVE AN INSANE RACIST CARICATURE ON THEIR HAT RUINING THE VIBE.
Seriously, this Guards team is really fun and very talented. The Jake is lovely, Cleveland's a fun town: I might take a weekend trip down there this summer and take in a couple ballgames.

Can't help but feel like something is up with Martin. Hasn't been used in forever, looks kind of not good when he pitches, and normally would have been used in the 7th in this one for their best hitters.

They told us he had soreness in his left (non-throwing shoulder) that was bothering him, and they were staying away from him in an effort not to mess up his mechanics.
