Exactly, I don't get the woe-is-me stuff. When West Coast teams play in Boston, night games start at 4 p.m. out here ... when fans are still at work. Should those games at Fenway start at 10 p.m., to give Padres fans, for instance, a normal 7 p.m. start?
I just moved back to Boston about two years ago after almost a decade on the west coast. I MUCH prefer the 4pm start out there to the 10pm start out here. I would just follow the first few innings on my phone, or even with one headphone in on the radio (or, even, watching the stream on my laptop with another window I could pop up quickly), then have the rest of the game while I was on the treadmill, or making dinner, or whatever. They should absolutely start those games earlier when an east coast team is playing, it's really not a problem. I appreciate your concern, but as someone who has done both, this is worse.

I'm sure the start time is to maximize revenue.

I gotta say, this is a really nice looking ballpark. Can the folks on the grass past the CF wall actually see the field?
