Trying to get an extra inning from Winckowski was a mistake.

Not having anyone warming up to start the inning compounded it.

Turning to a guy who hasn't had a 4 out save in over a year, and who hasn't pitched more than 1 inning in a game since then, was an abomination.

I know this isn't an "elite" bullpen, but I think that bullpen usage (and, to a lesser extent, pinch hitting) is the biggest area that a manager can win the team games. I do not believe that Cora is a net-positive in this area of management.
