The 3-0 bunt right down the line is interesting because worst case it's just a foul ball & the same as taking the pitch.

Yeah, it worked out, but a 3-0 bunt against a guy who is 36 strikes in 70 pitches is kind of a brain fart. Oh well, don't look a gift horse in the mouth.
in fairness, he literally hit the bag. I think it’s fair that he took the approach that he was trying to do a perfect bunt down the line which is a not a terrible idea. If he fails, he’s up 3-1 in the count and the third basemen can’t shade him so much

Considering how bad Javier looks tonight, Sox should have more runs.
That Devers at bat still pissing me off.

Yeah, I guess if now the Astors have to think about it and it makes a difference for positioning later in the game, it's a decent investment.

Rafi must have been looking for a fastball on 3-1, because that was a pitch he is capable of hitting a thousand feet.

Took forever to get the VPN working, managed to get it running just in time for Raffy's third strike.

Normally, I'd just go away, but it doesn't look like my absence has been a whole lot better anyway.
