God damn it, Cora. This game doesn't matter, let's see if he can work out of a late inning jam FFS
I dunno. Crawford is at 93 pitches and several mph lost on the fastball. That's a jam he shouldn't work out of.
And a jam he got into himself, not owing to bad defense. Once he walked those two guys to lead off the previous inning and couldn't get out of that without giving up runs (the attempt to catch by Rafaela was heroic, but not something you can count on, except by jbj), he demonstrated yet again that he's a reliever, not a starter. (At least to me.)
Absolutely they should just call it. it has no meaning and it's going to be awhile. Put both Sox out of their misery along with the hundreds of fans left.
What's the forecast looking like? DOB apparently does not have the ability to get that sort of information and relay it to the listener.

Edit: I was mainly curious if the Sox "excel" in that category vis-a-vis other teams.
It's ridiculous, this team is so much better than the 2022 Sox, but they're going to finish with about the same record. Just pathetic.
You’d think that losing 2 out of 3 (if this game is canceled) to a shit team like Chicago would embarrass this team. But I doubt it.
