I feel a little cheated here. Rafaela was supposed to start here, so I felt confident I could tune out last night and catch his debut tonight. Maybe it's my fault for tuning out, but in my defense I did it only shortly before Cora did.

I too was noticing that he has really aged. on a semi related note, didn’t he step away from ownership a few years ago? I wonder if that correlates in any way with the apparent change in philosophy of ownership that apparently occurred a few years back.

2014. Sox finished in last in the AL East and the Yankees missed the Wild Card by 4 games to the A’s.

This was the AJ Pierzynski season, so it was cursed.
