Boston Globe/Facebook settlement

Anyone else get an email that the Globe misused Facebook info or didn’t disclose something and there is a payment due to you. We were “dead tree” subscribers during part of the period covers and the email says we are due about $150. i am slightly concerned about clicking on this and giving banking or paypal info, although there is a Paper Check option I’ll probably complete.

Ambrose v. Boston Globe Media Partners is the case name.

Wow, that's pretty rich for these kind of settlements. I would love to know exactly what kind of shenanigans they pulled. I can't stand Facebook/meta. I hate that some smartphones have them pre-installed and won't even let you uninstall them. Samsung and LG we're doing that for a while.
