Two clubs will be making their Serie A debut this season: Carpi and Frosinone.

The 20th team in the league is yet to be decided, but it's come down to Bologna and Pescara in the playoffs.

The Carpi thing is amazing.  The town has about 70,000 people, which would put it behind 87 of the 92 teams in the top four English divisions.  It's roughly equivalent to Shrewsbury (Shropshire, HOLLA) or Carlisle getting promoted to the top division (which Carlisle was, actually, back in the 1970s; they were relegated with Chelsea--EAT IT SNAKE).

Rumors increasing that Pirlo leaves for NYCFC (MLS Cheat Mode enabled) and Pogba is highly speculated to leave. Vidal may be lured away.

Even with the influx of cash, Juvé may be a very different team next year...

Tevez is apparently on his way out, too. I'm guessing he'll land at PSG -- they're apparently offering 12M euros a year. Atletico and Boca are also supposedly vying for him, with Simeone (the Argentine connection) and his first club pulling on his heartstrings. Money will surely win, though.

I was disappointed in the way Doumbia and Ibarbo were integrated into the Roma squad after January.  I think they have a great spine of the team and the midfield of De Rossi, Nainggolan and Pjanic could be the best in Seria A next year if one of Pogba or Vidal leave Juve.

Haha, that's a lot of tabloid nonsense.  Tevez is almost certainly going to Boca after Juve.  Juve wants it to be after next year, when Tevez's contract expires. Boca wants him this year.  Those are the two possibilities.

The Vidal rumors are an English tabloid fabrication IMO.  Nothing there.

Pogba will leave eventually, but perhaps not this summer.  Certainly if he ends up at Barca, rumored to be his favored destination, it wouldn't be until 2016.
