Defense (and weather/field conditions ) are giving them a chance, but the offensive gameplan continues to be bewildering.

That last review illustrated why deference to the call on the field is dumb and counterproductive. It was clear within 15 seconds that the runner was likely down before the fumble, but the official had to spend an additional three minutes parsing the footage to see if it definitively showed the runner down while still in possession of the ball — because we have to defer to the judgment of someone who was forced to make the call in real time and basically guessed.

The Clemson UK game is bonkers. They combined have scored like 31 points in 5 minutes.

Clem kicker hit a long FG that hit the crossbar and bounced good

Any must-see games remaining besides the final four? I'm much more of a casual fan than most of you, I tend to only care if a game has national title relevance (with rare exceptions).

Every other game has teams missing key players and or coaches - it’s all haphazard so not really. Ole Miss v Penn State might be interesting but has no relevance on next year since Ole Miss has a million transfers coming in.

It’s not really kosher to play a bowl game on your own field, imho. Sometimes you have no choice (if UCLA was at Rose or Miami at Orange) but this one you had a choice.

Thank you! I was excited for Georgia/Florida St until players started pulling out.

I've never been so disinterested in an Ohio State bowl game. They'd be undefeated if not for a 6-point loss to the #1 team in the country and now they're playing a bunch of 2nd stringers against a team no one outside the state of Missouri has ever given a shit about on the great holiday of December 29th.
