Unbelievable that teams can’t execute a snap with the QB under center. Huge disadvantage in short yardage and goal line situations.

Illegal Touching
There are multiple reasons for an illegal touching penalty, a 5 yard offense:
1) A forward pass is caught by an illegible receiver such as an offensive lineman.
2) On a forward pass, the receiver steps out of bounds and doesn't re-establish himself in bounds before catching the pass.
3) On special teams, when a player from the kicking team touches the ball prior to it travelling 10 yards.

I'm not used to a Saban defense looking this bad. it's mostly the secondary, their line is still good

That should’ve been an ejection.
Tua has made a couple terrible plays, and Burrow has been terrific, but the story of the first half was LSU winning decisively in the trenches on both sides of the ball.

I know this looks like a rout right now, but if Tua runs into the end zone instead of that fumble and they don't have that horrific fumble to end the half this is less than a TD difference.
this was setting up to be a game LSU let Alabama hang around too long, but that brutal last two minutes of the half will probably be enough cushion.

Tua is getting killed. At what point do you take him out and settle for the loss and hope the chips fall right to get the 4 seed in the playoffs.
