This is ludicrous. Penn State/Sandusky was discovered a year after the original UNC allegations and was investigated in a timely fashion, sanctioned, and had their sanctions lifted, and has had 3 years to move on while the UNC thing drags out. Even from the Wainstein Report to now is more time than the Penn State case took.
